Your First Session
Your first Sophrology session lasts up to 90 minutes.
This extended session allows us to explore what brings you here, your current challenges, and what you would like to move towards.
As a qualified Sophrology practitioner based in Bath, I will introduce you to the foundations of the method and guide you through your first practice, followed by time for reflection and questions.
Together, we establish a clear direction for your sessions.

Follow-Up Sessions
Subsequent sessions last around 60 minutes and take place either in person in Bath or online.
Each session includes:
• A brief check-in
• A guided Sophrology practice which will blend breathing, gentle movements and visualisation
• A short reflective moment
The structured Sophrology method builds progressively, helping you develop practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, improve sleep and strengthen emotional resilience in daily life.
